招聘保安是公司重要环节的组成

  保安在招聘的过程中存在的问题比较多,主要有以下几个方面:

  1、社会地位认可比较低。随着《保安服务管理条例》的颁布与实施,保安行业得到社会和群众的广泛认可,在社会事企业单位、政府机关、物业小区、学校、工厂、车战、旅游景点都会有保安人员的身影,全国有三千多家保安公司和四百五十多万保安人员,这样就足以说明保安人员维护社会的稳定、保护人民的财产有着重要的作用。国内保安企业数量的增加和保安人员的增加并不是说保安人员的社会地位得到人民群众的认可。

  2、保安人员的社会形象不是很好。保安人员社会形象的问题,主要来自保安行业自身,保安行业的服务能力、保安人员的责任心以及保安人员的服务态度,将会直接影响到保安人员的社会形象,还有一种是各大媒体和文化作品的宣传。

  3、保安人员的工资待遇比较差。保安人员的工资待遇不是很好是全国保安行业的普遍现象,保安人员的工资待遇主要是由服务单位支付给保安公司保安服务费用所决定的,目前有90%以上的保安服务费用是由保安服务单位交个保安公司,其中所交给保安公司的服务费用达不到保安人员的最低工资标准和社会保险费用的总和。

  4、保安公司管理的不是比较规范。《保安服务管理条例》实施使保安公司的管理制度越来越完善,规范、专业。但是在管理的过程中也不能够排除个别管理人员素质比较低,在管理的方法上过于粗暴,不会组思想工作,这样就会造成保安人员心中产生畏惧的心理,造成保安人员不安的情绪。
